Olive is the shared vision of husband and wife team Emin and Hayley, created to bring the warmth of Turkish hospitality, traditional family recipes and the vibrant flavours of Türkiye to the Hervey Bay Esplanade.

Working side by side every day, we welcome every guest like family. We absolutely enjoyed our meals at Olive we went for mums ,80th birthday. The food was full of flavour, we really enjoyed our meals. We will be back next week. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. This will be the only place for us to dine.
